PoliTrack is designed with an offline-first approach.
User data is not transmitted to any server and is not automatically shared outside the device.

The data entered by users may include:

Customer names and contact details
Policy information (type, start and end dates, premium amounts, etc.)
Tasks and reminder records
Uploaded documents and files (PDFs and images)

All such data is stored only on the user’s device.

3. Advertisements and Advertising ID

PoliTrack may display advertisements in the free version of the app.

For this purpose:

Google’s Advertising ID may be used
The Advertising ID does not contain personally identifiable information
Users can reset or disable the Advertising ID through their device settings

PoliTrack:

Does not collect sensitive personal data for advertising purposes
Does not store advertising data on its own servers

Advertisements are completely removed for users with an active Premium subscription.

4. Premium Membership and In-App Purchases

PoliTrack offers a Premium subscription through in-app purchases.

Premium membership provides:

An ad-free experience
Access to detailed reports and advanced analytics

All purchases are processed securely through Google Play.
Payment information is not accessed, stored, or processed by PoliTrack or AsarSong Studio.

5. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored in the device’s local storage
PoliTrack does not use cloud services or remote servers
User data is not shared with third parties
Additional security options such as PIN and biometric protection are supported

6. Internet and Third-Party Services

PoliTrack:

Can function without an internet connection
Does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
Does not share user data with third parties, except for ad delivery where applicable

7. Permissions

PoliTrack requests only the permissions required for core functionality:

Camera (for capturing policy documents)
File access (for uploading PDFs and images)
Notifications (for task and renewal reminders)

Permissions are used only with user consent.

8. Data Sharing

PoliTrack does not:

Sell user data
Rent user data
Share user data for marketing or advertising purposes

9. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users can:

Delete their data within the app
Remove all local data by uninstalling the application
Cancel Premium subscriptions through Google Play

PoliTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
