This Privacy Policy explains how HabitX: Habit Tracker (“HabitX”, “Application”, “we”, “us”), developed by AsarSong Studio, collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of its users (“you”, “user”).

By using HabitX, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1) Information We Collect

HabitX is designed with a privacy-by-design approach and collects the minimum amount of data necessary.

1.1) Automatically Collected Data

While using the application, the following technical data may be processed automatically:

  • Device type (Android version, model)

  • Application version

  • Anonymous crash reports

  • General usage analytics (e.g., which screens are visited)

This data is not personally identifiable and is used solely to improve app performance and stability.

1.2) User-Provided Data

The following information is entered voluntarily by you within the app:

  • Habit names

  • Daily goals

  • Reminder times

  • Progress records

  • Streak data

This data is primarily stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers by default.

1.3) Optional Backup (Disabled by Default)

If a cloud backup feature is introduced in the future:

  • Backup will be enabled only with your explicit consent.

  • Data will be stored in encrypted form.

  • You can disable backup at any time.

2) Notifications and Reminders

To send habit reminders, HabitX requests:

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission

  • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission

These permissions are used only for:

  • Sending habit reminders

  • Scheduling exact alarms

They are not used for any other purpose.

3) Advertisements (Banner & Interstitial Ads)

The free version of HabitX may display advertisements, including:

  • Banner ads (top/bottom of the screen)

  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads between screens

Ads are provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These services may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Users may remove ads by purchasing a Premium subscription.

4) Premium Subscription and Payments

HabitX may offer an optional Premium Subscription.

Premium benefits may include:

  • Unlimited habits

  • Ad-free experience

  • Advanced statistics

Payments:

  • Processed via Google Play.

  • AsarSong Studio does not see or store your payment details.

  • Subscription cancellation is handled entirely through Google Play.

To cancel your subscription:
Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → HabitX → Cancel Subscription

5) AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Motivational quotes and messages displayed in HabitX may be partially or fully generated using artificial intelligence technologies.

These contents are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and:

  • Do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or legal advice

  • May not be suitable for every individual

  • Should be interpreted at the user’s discretion

AsarSong Studio is not responsible for any consequences arising from the interpretation or use of AI-generated content.

6) Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored locally on your device by default.

  • HabitX does not collect unnecessary personal data.

  • Reasonable technical security measures are implemented.

  • When the app is uninstalled, local data is removed from your device.

7) User Rights (GDPR & KVKK Approach)

As a user, you have the right to:

  • View your data

  • Delete your data (“Reset Data” option)

  • Manage your permissions

  • Disable notifications

  • Choose between free (ad-supported) and premium experience

To delete your data:
Settings → Reset Data

8) Third-Party Services

HabitX may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google AdMob (advertising)

  • Firebase (analytics/crash reporting, if used)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

9) Children’s Privacy

HabitX is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10) Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be announced within the app or on our website.
