This Privacy Policy explains how Fişlet – Receipt & Warranty Tracker (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects user data.

  • Information extracted from receipts or invoices, such as:

  • Notes manually entered by the user

2. Purpose of Data Use

Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • All data is stored locally on the user’s device by default.

  • The App operates with an offline-first architecture.

  • Any future cloud backup feature will be optional and enabled only with explicit user consent.

4. Camera and Gallery Access

The App requests access only for core functionality:

  • Camera access: To scan receipts and invoices

  • Gallery access: To select existing receipt or invoice images

No other device permissions are used beyond what is necessary for these features.

5. Notifications

The App may send local notifications only for:

  • Upcoming or expiring warranty periods

Notifications:

  • Are not used for advertising or marketing

  • Can be disabled by the user at any time

6. Third-Party Services

The App:

  • Does not share user data with third parties

  • Does not use external OCR or data-processing services

If analytics or advertising services are added in the future:

  • This Privacy Policy will be updated

  • Users will be clearly informed

7. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data:

  • All records can be deleted within the App

  • Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
